Order Fulfillment
All orders are processed, packed, and shipped by our trusted third-party logistics (3PL) fulfillment warehouse. Using a 3PL partner helps us deliver your Steps Game quickly and efficiently.

Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. After processing, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on your shipping address and chosen delivery option.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor your package’s progress.

Important Information Regarding Shipping and Delivery

  • If you receive an incorrect product, please send a clear photo of the item and the shipping label on the package to info@stepsgames.com We will arrange for a replacement as quickly as possible.

  • Once the carrier accepts the package and the tracking number is active, Steps Game is no longer responsible for any damage, loss, or theft during transit.

  • For damaged or lost packages after shipment, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

  • In case of theft of a delivered package, please report the incident to your local law enforcement authorities.
