Return and Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges of unused, good-quality products within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product has not been used.

  • The product retains its original condition and appearance.

  • The product is returned in its original, hard paper shipping box (no soft packaging).

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please send photos or a video of the product from all angles to confirm its condition. This helps us process your request quickly.

Important Information

  • All return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If the product does not meet our quality standards upon inspection, it will be returned to you at your expense.

  • Items damaged during delivery are not eligible for return or exchange and will be returned at the customer’s cost.

Refund Process

Once we receive and approve the returned product, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Please note: Shipping fees (both original and return) are non-refundable.
